AMAZING communication throughout. Installed in the Midlands and i was made to feel like royalty. Waiting room was like a luxurious retreat where i waited for 1 hours install and was able to have free drinks and snacks and able to work with free wi-fi. ALL staff were kind and understanding and highly professional. Immaculate install and the app which is brilliant was explained in detail to me. CANNOT fault anything.
Fantastic product. Easy fit. Great quality, both product and recordings. Reliable. This is the second one iv had. Only because iv change cars. Good price . Great support from the oe witness team. Best part is ... you cannot see it , it's part of the car. No cables. No bulky cameras stuck on windscreen.

I’ve only had the dash cam to fitted my 2026 Honda Civic for a few days, however the picture quality is fantastic from both front &Rear cameras. I had it fitted by Oli (OE Witness’s fitter)he was prompt, friendly and the car was very clean when he’d finished. Fitting was very easy, might be useful to include the ‘remove sd card and restart’ as an installation problem solution. It worked perfectly after that.

Pros. Fitted to my 2013 V70. The camera is very discrete and no cables. Turn on the engine and the camera fires up and starts recording. Images are crisp and clear. Cons. Where to start! Firstly, there are minimal fitting and use instructions. There is no user manual nor comprehensive guide. Fitting the unit is a bit fiddly, and apart from a couple of graphics, you are left to guess which bits go where and how to do it. Manageable with common sense. The real problems start when you start having to use the system. No manual means that you have to guess how to view files and transfer them. I have reached a point where I know the camera is working and I can download the files to my PC. But there was no instruction pointing out that there is a micro-sd card sitting on the side of the camera, and I spotted that by chance and worked out how to do it. AI am guessing that I still have a lot to find out about what facilities are sitting on the camera for me to find. At the moment I have not been able to find out if the clips come with sound, despite the microphone button being in the on position. On the whole the system seems to work, but without a user manual I would say that it feels like a piece of unsupported second hand tech. Caveat Emptor.
There was an initial hiccup that mine and my brother's orders got confused so we got the wrong tracking information initially but it was quickly fixed. Also the requests for a review are quite aggressive and started before the camera had even been delivered which has been annoying over the 3 weeks I was waiting for fitting (due to me going on holiday). I am also struggling a bit with the app but that is likely to be related to my phone (Android 11) and Peugeot car app. The fitting however was excellent, very experienced and friendly and went through everything including back up options for checking the SD card if my phone continued to cause problems (connected fine to the fitter's phone). The video quality is good. Would recommend overall.

Very fiddly to install but worth it! Keeping all the wires tucked while snapping together the two halves of the clamshell took a while to do, but once it snaps together, it looks great. Looks like a factory option. .

Looks great, and works OK. Problem is you can only access it via the WiFi when you're in the car. The recording is good quality too but can take a while to load. But overall it's good.
